These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ssjili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the ssjili website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on ssjili, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ssjili Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) ssjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

When registering your ssjili account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your ssjili login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ssjili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your ssjili account.

ssjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your ssjili login credentials. You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

All financial transactions on the ssjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ssjili supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ssjili's discretion.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used. ssjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

• Minimum deposit: As specified on the ssjili deposit page, subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day.
• Verification requirement: ssjili may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of the withdrawal request.
• Wagering requirement: Deposited funds that have been used to claim a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to the applicable bonus terms for details.

ssjili offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible ssjili account holders only. ssjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, validity period, and any game restrictions. Players must satisfy all applicable conditions before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable bonus terms.
• ssjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the ssjili Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and arcade titles — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

ssjili uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games and partners with licensed live casino studios for live dealer content. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ssjili or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ssjili's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. ssjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with the available game logs and server records.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ssjili staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

All content on the ssjili Platform — including but not limited to the ssjili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ssjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ssjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ssjili content without prior written permission from ssjili.

ssjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ssjili Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ssjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ssjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ssjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ssjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, ssjili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

You may close your ssjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

ssjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ssjili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ssjili's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
